Terms and Conditions for Rental Cans

o             Trash Cans are property of MyWasteManagementSolutions.com unless purchased

o             By engaging in the initial agreement with MyWasteManagmentSolutions.com you are agreeing to allow employees and representatives of MyWasteManagmentSolutions.com to access your property for trash can retrieval.

o             Trash Cans must be able to be closed when pick up occurs. All Trash must be bagged. Trash Cans must face out to the road.

o             Day of pickup is subject to change with 30-day notice to consumer.

o             Customers will be contacted following sign up to determine the start of service.

o             Payments are due the month prior to service.

o             Late charges of 10 per Trash Can will be added if payment is not received by the 10th day following the due date

o             While late charges are in place, waste management services will not be performed

o             After 10 days of non-payment, services will be automatically canceled and trash and recycling receptacles will be retrieved.

o             Once you are in contract with us, your cost will never increase if there are no lapses in services. Fees for not bagging trash or bulk will be billed separately.

o             If cost increase, it will be updated on the website and app and only apply to new or returning customers who join after the increase is announced.

If using your own Trash Can Requirements

o             Trash Cans must be no larger than 96 gallons.

o             Trash Cans must be in serviceable condition.

o             If the trash can has a lid, it needs to be hinged so that the lid is not lost 

o             Any damage to the trash can is the owners responsibility and waves the right to compensation by MyWasteManagementSolutions.com

o             By signing up with us you are opting for email, sms, chat, and direct mail messaging. If you are not receiving our communications, please reach out to us immediately so that we can remedy the situation.

o             Our communications will only be used for billing, informing of upcoming changes, or offered discounts.

Definitions

– ultimate determination of whether a situations fits the definitions will be determined by MyWasteManagementSolutions.com

 

Bagged Trash – trash is considered bagged if it can be set in and removed from the trash receptacle without breaking or spilling its contents. Violations of Bagged Trash includes but are not limited too, bags that are overfilled and cannot contain their contents when removed from the can, bags not tied closed so that items spill, bags where the containers were not closed and were ripped open by nature, etc.

 

Loose Items – Small items placed in trash receptacles that are not contained. Items including but not limited to grass, liquids, food, wrappers, styrofoam cups, ashes, etc. 

 

Failure to comply may result in the fees below:

• $5 fee per 45 gallon can

• $10 fee per 96 gallon can

• $40 fee per dumpster

 

Bulk – items that do not fit in trash containers that have been scheduled for pickup at least 2 Business days in advance. Bulk will typically be picked up on a Saturday so as not to interfere with scheduled trash pickup

• Best to call first and supply pictures of what will be picked up as we may be able to do the pick up for free or a reduced price.

• Normal Scheduled bulk pick up will be charged at $30 per cubic yard with a minimum of $10

• We will announce ahead of time when we will be doing free bulk pick ups.

• All items set out with bulk will be assumed to be a part of the bulk pick up. Please do not set out containers that you desire to keep filled with bulk.

 

Unscheduled Bulk - extra items brought out upon arrival of trash pickup, items that are set outside of or prevent the closure trash receptacles, when residence forget to put their cans out and request the driver to return, or when bulk pick up is requested within 2 Business days.
