2025 Service Updates

Dear Customer,

Due to the growth MyWasteManagementSolutions.com, we wish to remind you of our existing trash requirements and let you know that beginning January 1st of 2025, we will begin enforcing these rules. Most of you will not be impacted in any way as this is simply an informative measure.

Important Notes for 2025:

  • Recycling is the first Saturday of the Month - Note: All recycling should be bagged other than cardboard. You are allowed up to 3 recycling containers and up to 2 additional closed bags placed to the side. Cardboard must be bundled into no larger than 3ft x 3ft x 3ft. Cardboard can be bundled by sting, tape, or fit into a closed box. Loose cardboard will not be picked up. If you have additional recycling, please schedule a one off pickup meeting the same requirements. ***If none recycling items are placed with recycling or if recycling is set out with trash, your recycling bins will be confiscated and you will be removed from the recycling route.

  • All trash and recycling bins should be out at the curb, by 5am. We will not be at each stop at that time, but due to unknown events daily routes may be changed.

  • Trash must fit in the bins (with the lid closed) that are being used in your waste management subscription - Note: Additional bags will not be picked up that are outside the trash bin(s). If additional bags are stacked on top of the bin(s), the entire bin will be skipped as we will not be responsible for choosing what stays and goes.

  • All trash and recycling must be bagged- If trash is not bagged or if bins contain loose items, it will not be picked up. (Grass clippings are an exception)

  • If your trash was not picked up due to a reason listed above, you will either need to correct the issue and wait until the next pickup or schedule a bulk pickup.

Thank you for your business. We hope to continue our relationship, and look forward to doing all that we can to be there for you now and in the future.

Sincerely
